Life coaching and addiction recovery

For those who experience addictions and want to overcome them, life can seem really difficult. It might feel like an endless slog of therapy and support programmes, with little hope on the horizon.

This can be particularly true for those who have been through residential treatment programmes, which can make you feel overwhelmed and flooded with new impessions, not sure about wher to go.

If you are struggling with, or recovering from, an addiction, life coaching may be able to help you see beyond a bleak world of black and white options where the whole focus is on staying clean.

Effective coaching may help you regain the confidence to work out what you want from life and how to get there.

It can give new perspective, energy and has the power to really help on a deep level, because it pays attention to the person as a whole.

When we feel empowered, we focus on what we can do, what we are able to accomplish, rather than what we can’t. This is what we are looking for, and what I want to achieve with you!

It is in this state that we can bridge the gap between where we are now and where we want to be— personally and professionally.  Life coaching can help you fill the hole, to overcome that gap and feel whole again.

It can give you the tools you need to step out of the footsteps you stumbled in for so long! It can help to build up self-esteem and new perspectives!
