Health and fitness


I am Ka Sundance and would like to write about something special here. As long as I can remember I felt different than the others.


I never liked school and the rules you are taught there. Even as a child I wondered, that there had to be more to life, than simply nodding and repeating things.


I was interested in so many things and still am, but school did not help me to explore and follow my interest. I loved to meet my friends, and socialize, but I loved it even more to meet them outside of the school, where we could do and learn what really interested us.

Maybe that is why I discovered travelling, next to sports as a favorite issue of my life. Since my childhood I loved to do all sorts of sports, and since I became a Rawfooder, I feel that it is even more important. 

Our bodys are meant to work out every day. By doing that we gain health and happiness.

I love the sea and surfing, and because I live in England right now, I am not able to go surfing or swimming in the sea quite often.

But I do swim a lot. I used to swim like 10 Km without a break, and I am doing all that on a raw food diet.


I think, that it is really important to exercise your body, in order to maintain your body healthy and flexible, and also develop power and endurance to reach your dreams in your normal life!!

 

A healthy diet helps to clean out your system, and gives you an extra amount of energy.

And the best way for me to deal with that, is to have a good workout.It not only gives us strengh and endurance for our body, but also in a emotional and spiritual level!

If you experience a healthy and fit body, it is most likely, that you have also a lot of energy in your normal life. You know how you can motivate yourself, are able to find the power to achieve a goal you want to reach and you are flexible, strong and energetic when you create your life.


All this is trained when you train!


Because I am an experienced Fitness-lover with a life-time of experience of doing all sorts of sport, and a professional background in many disciplines, I am passionate about educating people feeling the importance of sport and exercising for their wellbeing and success in many other fields, that do not seem to be connected with fitness in the first place.
