I see the people I work with as a whole.  

Most of the time, if you want to improve a part in your life, we will find a counter part that is out of balance as well.

For example:

If you want to loose weight we will also need to find out about your self-esteem, the way you reward yourself, and other related questions. In my opinion it is not enough to set up a diet plan. We will have to find out exactly, why you experience a specific problem in order to create a lasting and working solution for you.

We will find out and work with your stenghts and focus attention on the solution, but we need to know where the problem is in order to create the best solution. We have to see you a s whole!

And by knowing that, we can work more precise and successful together and develop strategies for you, that will help you to reach whatever your goal was.

If you want to live a happy, healthy life, than you will have to find a balance your life. A balance between between your different part of personalities, your emotions, your needs and your wishes. 


How I work:

We will have a first contact, where you tell me exactly what you want to change or to improve.

Than we will find out together what surrounds these wishes, and what is behind it. You will name a specific goal you want to achieve. This precise evaluation will help us to create the strategies for your successful path towards your set goal.

Than we will work out where your strenghts are, and where you need support or a clear guideline to help you doing the neccessary steps towards your goal.



 

We will think about a timetable towards your goal, and what needs to be done, in your outer and inner world!

I will do everything to support you in this process with loving and sometimes demanding advice.

I will give you non-judgemental reflection on what I see and feel about your issue and guide you through your process, until you succeed!
